Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the MsgHub platform, APIs, dashboards and website (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy.
1. The Service
MsgHub lets you send and receive messages across SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, Email and Instagram, build AI-assisted chatbots, and manage contacts, campaigns and reporting. We may add or change features. Message delivery depends on carriers and platforms, so we do not guarantee delivery or delivery time.
2. Your account
You must be 18 or older. Keep your details accurate and your credentials, API keys and webhook secrets confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including by your team and any API key you issue.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to send unsolicited messages or spam; to message anyone who has not consented or who has opted out; to send unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, harassing or infringing content; to run phishing, loan-fraud, betting or lottery campaigns; to impersonate a sender identity you are not authorised to use; to circumvent rate limits or opt-out handling; or to attack the Service, except as permitted by our Vulnerability Disclosure Program.
4. Messaging compliance
You are solely responsible for the content you send and its compliance with applicable law.
- Consent. Obtain and retain proof of opt-in for every recipient and honour opt-outs. STOP on SMS and WhatsApp, and email unsubscribe links, must remain functional.
- India / DLT. For SMS to Indian numbers you are responsible for TRAI DLT registration of your entity, sender IDs and templates.
- WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, RCS. Template approval, quality rating and messaging limits are set by the platform owner, not by us. If a carrier or platform blocks or deregisters an account because of your traffic, that decision is theirs.
5. Fees and billing
- Fees are those quoted to you in writing or shown at msghub.info/pricing.
- Invoices are settled by bank transfer — we do not collect card details. Payment is due within 15 days unless your order states otherwise.
- Message and AI charges are usage-based and billed in arrears against volumes recorded by our systems.
- Prices exclude GST and other applicable taxes.
- We may change prices on 30 days’ notice.
6. Your data and ours
You retain all rights in the data you upload and the messages you send. We do not sell it, do not use it to train third-party AI models, and do not repurpose it for advertising — see the Privacy Policy. The Service, its software and brand remain ours.
7. AI output
AI features generate text probabilistically and can be wrong. Our prompt-injection detection, PII redaction and output validation are safeguards, not guarantees. You are responsible for reviewing AI output and for any message an automated flow sends on your behalf.
8. Suspension and termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend for a security incident, suspected fraud, a legal demand, an upstream requirement, or breach of §3 or §4. After termination you may export your data for 30 days. Accrued fees remain payable.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms; material changes are notified to account admins at least 30 days beforehand. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Rajkot, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction.
